Sound Lab: Build Your Own Musical Creations! Where science meets sound, and YOU make the music! Get ready to experiment, invent, and make some noise! In this exciting 6-week adventure, we’ll explore the science of sound—how it moves, how it’s made, and why it makes us want to dance! Each week, we’ll roll up our sleeves and build our own instruments inspired by the four instrument families: strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion. We’ll use everyday materials (and even some real wood!) to craft simple, creative instruments—each one designed around how sound works. Along the way, we’ll run cool experiments and uncover the secrets of acoustics. By the end, you’ll have your very own mini band—designed and built by YOU!
