The perfect end to your school day! In this class, we will stretch and destress as we move through various yoga poses. We will also be learning about our emotions and practicing mindfulness and kindness through various books and activities. Instructor: Rachel Pantke I am a second-generation homeschooler. I was homeschooled K-12th and have homeschooled my own children for 8 years. I have taught art/crafts, fitness, literature and elementary science at various co-ops over the years. I also spent time as a Girl Scout leader. My family has been part of THE since 2019. I am excited to start my second year of teaching here.
