Work with Wolfpack Elite coaches Ethan Cooke and Joao Mescolote to focus on Speed, Power, and Race Details. . This is a once per week training group intended to supplement club or high school training. It is limited to high school aged athletes. We will work on dynamic activation, power, underwater kick, starts, and speed off walls. We will use power towers, drag chutes, paddles, fins with a focus on events 100 yards and below. This is a weekly sprint practice, not a lesson or clinic. All swimmers in the Fall Semester program will have first priority to sign up for Spring Semester program, which is anticipated to run Jan 7-April 30. All swimmers also will receive a Wolfpack Elite silicon cap. There are a total of 15 sessions - 11 sessions are at NC State on Tuesdays at 5:15pm. The other 4 Tuesdays NC State cannot accommodate so these weeks are on Sundays at 4:00 at Raleigh Swimming Association. Those are Sept 15, Oct 13, Oct 20, and Nov 24.
