About This Activity
Campers will learn and practice yoga poses with an experienced, Yoga Alliance certified instructor. They will also engage in mindfulness activities, play movement games and craft. Crafts include making eye pillows, painting happiness rocks and designing zen gardens. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available for campers to use throughout the week.
