About This Activity
Each swim session will be a general lesson based on individual needs. The class will focus on improving stroke technique. All strokes will be covered throughout the four day session, however, the sessions will be broken down by individual needs. It's a private lesson within a group class. There will be some group activities, but the main focus for each week will be on individual improvement.
