Let’s explore animals of the land, creatures of the ocean, nocturnal critters, and more through yoga. Enjoy a 7 week yoga series with fun animal movements, experiment with balance, breathwork, games, and mindful crafts. This playful, yet grounding practice fosters connection, self-awareness, and joy. We’ll cultivate courage to try new things and foster self-confidence. Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a snack, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes to move and play. At the end of the session, students will be escorted to the pickup area in Lot H near Olander.
