About This Activity
Description
This is a high-energy class that helps young players take their game to the next level. With a focus on proper technique for all major strokes, students improve spin, placement, balance, and movement through dynamic drills, games, and match play. We keep the energy high and the class pace fast and dynamic throughout. Students must bring their own racket and water, wear athletic clothing, and lace-up tennis shoes.
