Description
Love theatre?! Love to sing and dance?! Broadway Camp is the place to be this summer. The campers will study and learn dances and music from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat musical. Students will tackle theatre games, learn to sing with confidence and pride, prepare for auditions, and dance with emotion and storytelling.
Broadway Camp will not only concentrate on the techniques and skill needed to help them feel more comfortable performing in front of an audience, but theater also encourages communication, team building, trust, and develops listening skills. Friendships built onstage and in theater can last a lifetime! As you can see, our Broadway Camp has a lot to offer those eager to learn and be on stage this Summer!
EXCITING OFFER! Class fee includes a voucher for 50% off a maximum of 4 tickets to performances on 7/26 or 7/27 of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Lewis Family Playhouse.
Participants need to provide their own sack lunches, please no nuts. Bring a bottle of water. There are vending machines with some snacks and a water filling station. Come dressed in active wear. No jeans. Long hair secured off the face. Please bring a pencil. Camp participants have the option to perform in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on the Lewis Family Playhouse stage in addition to camp classes.
