About This Activity
Description
This non-competitive swim team program mirrors Precision I, with a slight increase in technique and intensity for older swimmers. Participants refine the four competitive strokes while developing key skills, including starts, turns, and proper technique. Practice includes preparing for competitive swimming, water polo, or future high school programs. Can be combined with level 5 or 6 swim lessons.
Participant must be able to swim independently.
Instructor Credentials & Safety: All Rancho Tsunami Swim Lesson Instructors have completed rigorous training and are certified in Water Safety Instruction, CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS. Instructors bring experience in competitive water polo, competitive swimming, and coaching at the college, high school, and club levels. For an added layer of safety, a pool lifeguard is on duty during all lessons, and supervised by a vetted pool manager.
