About This Activity
Join us for a yoga adventure where kids can move, play, and relax! This upbeat class combines kid-friendly yoga poses, music, movement games, imaginative activities, and mindfulness to help children build strength, balance, confidence, and focus. Classes may include partner yoga, storytelling, freeze dance, fun props, breathing exercises, and a calming relaxation to end the day. New and experienced yogis are welcome in this supportive, non-competitive class. Come move, play, and say “Namaste!” Christina is a certified yoga instructor returning for her second year teaching with PEF Enrichment. She combines yoga, music, movement, games, and mindfulness to help children build confidence, coordination, and a love of staying active.
