About This Activity
Develop social skills and body regulation during classroom and playground activities. This engaging afterschool enrichment program is designed for students who benefit from extra guidance in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills. Through structured activities and supportive interactions, participants build confidence, strengthen relationships, and practice positive behavior in a safe, encouraging environment. Students will learn to take turns while playing schoolyard games, maintain eye contact when working with peers and further develop classroom norms to help them feel successful within their school days. This course is open to all 1st - 3rd grade students from all PVPUSD elementary school sites. Please send your student with their favorite snack on the first day. There is no supervision for 1 st and 2nd grade students after dismissal and before class. 9 weeks in duration
