This four-week workshop provides incredible experience with Taijiquan, aka Tai Chi, a well-known form of exercise. Deeply interconnected with Daoism, Tai Ji serves as a dynamic form of meditation and exercise, which promotes a holistic approach to both physical and mental health. Students will have hands-on experience practicing Tai Chi Fan Dance in this workshop. Students will learn several moves each session in preparation of a performance on the final day.
