About This Activity
Description
Join us for our new Yoga For Everybody class!
In this one-hour class, we will emphasize a slow, deep stretch for the body and mindful breathing to release the stress and tension of the day and prepare for a restful sleep. Angela is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher and she can guide students of all levels including beginners, prenatal/postnatal and more. The class is both meditative and restorative and students will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Have fun! Instructor is open to having kids who are self-entertained may use wifi and sit quietly on devices with headphones while adults are practicing yoga. If children are disruptive instructor reserves the right to ask parents to make other arrangements.
If minimum enrollment of 5 isn’t met, instructor reserves the right to cancel the class at the start of the month.
Location: Joe R. Gonzalez Community Center (111. W Lugonia Ave)
Fee: $42 per month

When: Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm December 3, 10, 17
