About This Activity
Get a head start on the fall season by building your fitness through a combination of land training and on-water practice. Land training will include erg workouts, runs, and strength training. Attendance is flexible, so this camp is a great option for rowers with busy summer schedules. Must have rowed on SRA's high school team through spring season.
