About This Activity
Learn To Read (Beginner) Saturdays, 10:00 am- 12:00 pm 7+ years old This beginner-level class is designed to help students build a strong foundation in reading, writing, and pronouncing the Arabic alphabet. Students will learn to recognize all 29 Arabic letters, understand how they change shape based on their position in a word, and master both short and long vowel sounds. Special emphasis is placed on correctly pronouncing unique Arabic sounds, including those not found in English, and reading with accuracy using rules like sukoon and shadda. Learners will also adjust to writing from right to left and begin forming and spelling words with four or more letters. Room: 150B
