About This Activity
In this camp, students will learn the basics of public speaking and competitive debate. They will spend the first half of the week learning the structure of good speech and the second half of the week they will learn the basics of how to form and argument and refutation. They will put all these skills into practice through fun drills, short speeches, and having a mock debate on the last day of the camp.
