About This Activity
Mathematical masterpieces invites campers to explore the creative side of mathematics through hands-on art projects, puzzles, and playful design. Each day, campers will make beautiful mathematical creations such as tessellation mosaics, symmetry mandalas, origami geometry sculptures, and string art curves while discovering the patterns, shapes, and structures that connect math and art. This camp emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and joyful problem solving, helping students see mathematics as something they can build, touch, and express. The week concludes with a mini “Math Art Gallery” showcase of student work to celebrate their imagination and learning.
