About This Activity
Plankton Pioneers is a one-week adventure exploring Pacific Coast and San Francisco Bay marine habitats and animals. Plankton Pioneers enjoy 4 days at our site and 1 day aboard our ship learning about local ecosystems with live animals, hands-on activities, and themed games and crafts. *Must be a minimum of 5 years old as of the first day of camp. Please pack snacks, lunch, and water bottle. All participants are required to wear face coverings. Extended care is not offered or available. Cancellation policy: 20% of total program fees are non-refundable for cancellations made at any time. Cancellations between May 3 and two weeks prior to your camp start date result in a refund of 50% of total program fees. Cancellations within two weeks of your camp start date are non-refundable. Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be assessed on an individual basis. If federal, state or county COVID-19 mandates prevent MSI from operating Marine Science Camp programs, registrants may opt to donate program fees, defer program fees to their ACTIVE account to be used as a credit, or receive a full refund. Scholarship donations are non-refundable.
