At Telehealth/Healthcare Week, students are divided into teams and challenged to answer the question—how will we provide care to patients remotely? With a focus on primary health care, teams are tasked with inventing an innovative new telehealth method, treatment, or cure, all while running an ethical and successful mock healthcare clinic. Students will learn about healthcare careers and recent trends in remote care technology. Students will also hear from medical professionals from a variety of health disciplines. This five-day Washington Business Week program is designed for students in grades 9-12. Program hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Snacks and lunch will be provided to program participants.
