Hello parents and players,You have been selected by the staff to participate in the upcoming Inland Empire Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF) Basketball Tournament.
Tournament date: March 14th - 15th
Tournament locations:
Division A- TBDDivision B- Rialto, 214 N. Palm Ave, Rialto, CA 92376Division C- TBD
Each Player will be given a Rialto All Star Jersey
Please submit the following documents to the Parks and Recreation office at 214 N Palm Ave, Rialto CA 92376
$20 entry fee (non-refundable)
Parent release and waiver Verification of date of birth (please provide another copy of their birth certificate and bring the original to the games)
Proof of grade (Ex. School ID or Grade Report)
Basketball Tournament Parent and Player Contract
We encourage you to support and nurture your child's participation in this exciting opportunity. This tournament offers our players the chance to represent our city and showcase their talents on a broader stage.
