About This Activity
Description
A class for those interested in realistic real-world self-defense. We have classes tailored for children and adults. Students will learn striking ground fighting, joint locks, escapes from holds and weapon defense. A great way to get in shape while you learn something that could save your life. Uniform is required and may be purchased from instructor.
Please register in person to receive a $15 discount for each additional child veterans and adults over 55 years.
