About This Activity
Description
A class for those interested in realistic real-world self-defense. We have classes tailored for children and adults. Students will learn striking ground fighting, joint locks, escapes from holds and weapon defense. A great way to get in shape while you learn something that could save your life. Uniform is required and may be purchased from instructor.
Please register in person at the Rialto Community Center to receive a $15 discount for each additional child veterans and adults over 55 years.
