Players must be born in 2014 or 2015. Camp includes 8 hours of on-ice instruction (each day of camp consists of 2 back-to-back one hour sessions, with a 15 minute break in between). Designed for players who want to improve their endurance, speed, and overall performance, this camp combines challenging skating drills, puck skills, and game-like conditioning exercises in a fast-paced environment. Players will be pushed to maintain strong skating mechanics, puck control, and decision-making while working at a high intensity. The focus is on developing hockey-specific conditioning that translates directly to game situations, helping players skate harder, recover faster, and stay effective throughout every shift. With an emphasis on work ethic, compete level, and skill execution under pressure, this camp is a great opportunity for players to build confidence, improve fitness, and prepare for the demands of the upcoming season.
