Players must be born in 2015/2016/2017 Session consists of 1 hour of off-ice shooting and 1 hour of conditioning Required equipment: Skates, helmet, gloves, neckguard, shinpads, stick, runners. Push your game to the next level with our two-hour Off-Ice Shooting & Conditioning Sessions. This high-energy training session is designed to help players improve shooting power, accuracy, and quick release mechanics while building the strength, endurance, and explosiveness needed to perform at a high level on the ice. Players will work through a variety of shooting drills focused on technique, puck handling, weight transfer, and scoring in motion, combined with hockey-specific conditioning that challenge speed, endurance, agility, coordination, and compete level.
