About This Activity
Dragon Pathways CIT is a hands-on leadership development program designed to build essential soft and job-ready skills through real-time, real-world experiences. Participants strengthen communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, time management, professionalism, and executive functioning skills—including organization, self-regulation, and responsibility—while actively supporting daily program operations. CITs practice leadership, accountability, collaboration, and customer service in authentic settings. This program serves as a direct feeder into our internship pathway, where students may earn service hours while continuing to refine workforce readiness during summer programs or the school-year aftercare program.
