Basketball TECH Skills is all about fundamentals and basics for 8 - 10 year olds. Class includes in-depth instruction of ball handling (1 & 2 balls), passing, shooting and footwork. This training program is intense, but very fun for young athletes who want to learn more about basketball and develop confidence, balance and coordination.
Bring a water bottle and wear basketball/gym shoes.
