Theme: Tell Me a Story
What kind of story does your artwork tell? We'll use Model Magic to create our own storyteller dolls that reflect the tradition of passing down stories from generation to generation. Speaking of storytellers, we'll learn about Patrick Benson, the award-winning illustrator of "Owl Babies" as we create our own soft owl babies. Our artwork takes on a 3 dimensional effect with shapes that pop off the page and use architectural design. Also featured are Lisa Kowalski and her colors, dabs and doodles, beautiful indigo cloth designs using styluses and more!Location
