The Blended Learning (SIM) training is a way for students to do missions online that include First Aid, Simulated CPR and AED. Once the student has completed the online simulated course, there is a classroom portion where the student will demonstrate the skills they learned online; this includes interaction with the instructor to answer any questions and for the instructor to witness the skills. The students must complete the online portion prior to class. Once the online quiz is completed and passed, a certificate of completion will be given. The student must either print the certificate or bring proof via their cell phone in order to be allowed to complete the classroom portion of the course, which typically takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on the size of the class.
