About This Activity
Description
Get your child aged 6+ years old, started off right with American Karate! Our foundation class helps younger children develop the focus, discipline, cooperation, and physical skills to succeed in martials arts (or any sport).
Additional Sparring class is held at least twice a month on Saturdays. There will be additional sessions at the instructor's discretion. See instructor for details.
