About This Activity
Back again this year NCS Varsity Lacrosse Coach Chris Pollock, who has years of experience in the Roanoke area and is a three-time All-American at Roanoke College. The camp is for boys who are just getting started. There are no pads in this camp. It’s all about basic skills, starting with getting comfortable with the stick. Passing and catching, scooping ground balls, and cradling while running with the ball are the heart of the program. Non-contact competitive drills will add some excitement to each day. All campers must bring a lacrosse stick and water. Students in grades 3- 6 are eligible for the camp. Hours are 9am-noon. Please note: After April 1st, there is a cancellation fee of $50 should you choose to withdraw from any camp after registering. There is also a change fee of $25 if you decide to withdraw from a week and move to a different week.
