About This Activity
This camp is the creation of NCS Varsity Lacrosse Coach Stephen Belderes who has years of experience at both the collegiate and high school varsity levels. The camp is designed for all levels. It’s all about fundamentals, stick work, offensive/defensive strategies, and having an amazing time. Throwing and catching, ground balls, and cradling while running with the ball are always at the heart of any good lacrosse program. Competitive drills and games will add excitement to each day and bring your game to the next level. All campers should bring a lacrosse stick, eye protection, mouth guard, and water. Students in rising grades 4 - 7 are eligible for the camp. Hours are 9am-noon. Please note: After April 1st, there is a cancellation fee of $50 should you choose to withdraw from any camp after registering. There is also a change fee of $25 if you decide to withdraw from a week and move to a different week.
