About This Activity
Discovery Camp Jr. Edition is a great mix of activities that will challenge your mind and body. It is specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of our youngest campers. Each day campers will spend part of their time in a classroom doing art projects, fun science experiments, and reading stories. Mixed in with classroom time, campers will have a chance to enjoy fun snacks and cool off in the CAC swimming pool. Discovery Camp Jr. campers must bring a flotation device to swim in the pool. Field trips to local attractions are twice a week, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants will be grouped according to age and/or gender, and groups will spend the entire day with their counselor. It is a great summer camp. The camp is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm and the structured activities will take place from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Four and five-year-old campers only. Please note this year there is a cancellation fee of $50 should you choose to withdraw from any camp after registering. There is a change fee of $25 if you decide to withdraw from a week and move to a different week.
