Magnificat High School’s Speed and Strength Camp is a fun, age-appropriate program designed to build strong movement habits and confidence in young athletes. Led by Director of Strength and Conditioning AJ Short, participants will learn the fundamentals of sprinting, jumping, and strength training using safe techniques and bodyweight or light resistance. The camp emphasizes proper form, teamwork, and enjoyment while helping athletes develop coordination, strength, and speed—laying a strong foundation for long-term athletic success.
