About This Activity
Calling all curious and creative young writers! In Newspaper Club, new and returning students will plan, write, and publish their very own school newspaper while learning the basics of journalism. Students will report on school events, write feature stories, conduct interviews, and collaborate as a team. Writers, comic artists, photographers, and all budding storytellers are welcome. Taught by fifth-grade teacher Mrs. Nelson, this class offers a fun, creative way for students to share their voices and ideas, with opportunities to build on skills developed over time. No classes during Spring Break (April 6–10) Make-up classes: Week of May 26th
