About This Activity
Students will learn Spanish through interactive games, movement, stories, songs, and hands-on activities that make learning a new language engaging and fun. Students will expand their vocabulary and strengthen their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while gaining confidence using Spanish in conversation. Students will develop communication skills, confidence, and cultural awareness in an interactive and supportive setting. New and returning Spanish learners are welcome. Mamá Maestra is a Spanish enrichment program developed by Pilar Martín DeNardo, a native of Spain with a master’s degree in Bilingual Education and over 20 years of elementary teaching experience. Her program inspires children to learn Spanish through fun, engaging, and interactive classes. There will be no class on Monday, September 21. This class will meet for 9 sessions.
