This camp is for students who previously attended a COOR welding camp. In the Advanced Level welding camp, students will learn basic blueprint reading and implement them in fabrication techniques. Creating unique weldments through the process of reading prints, cutting material, and using multiple welding processes. Students will also learn basic physical and chemical limitations of metallic structure and how it affects the behavior of metals and their weldability. Clothing requirement for safety: No open-toed shoes, sandals or flip flops. Must have shoes/boots. Jeans with no holes and shirt. Lunch provided Transportation provide from local middle school to and from C.O.O.R. Advanced Technical Innovation Center in Roscommon.
