Yuan Chi is a traditional Chinese Practice that focuses on cultivating and balancing the body's vital energy. Participants will learn a series of gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditative techniques aimed at promoting health, relaxation, and inner peace. Through regular practice, participants can experience improved physical fitness and increased mental clarity.
