Our recreational program introduces athletes to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a positive and encouraging environment. Students develop strength , flexibility coordination, and confidence while learning rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge. Classes are designed to promote body awareness, discipling and love for the movement.
