This beginning course is introduction to new students to the guitar, focusing on the parts, proper posture and technique, and the basics of music theory. Students will explore how to read notes on the staff, tabs, and chord charts while learning rhythm fundamentals. They'll practice right and left-hand exercises to develop key techniques such as fingerpicking, scales, and strumming, establishing a solid foundation for future growth.
