Get ready to move, reach your goals, and grow in character. In this fun and energetic class, students will train for the ultimate fitness and character challenge by setting personal goals and working hard to reach them by the end of the session. Students will select from a list of fitness skills to create their very own personal fitness challenge. Each week will include a warm-up, individual fitness skill practice, and a cool-down. We will also focus on a specific character trait to inspire growth in our hearts and minds. Students who meet their personal fitness challenge by the end of the session will be presented with a medal either on the last day or during Recognition Night, at the end of the session. PARENT NOTE: The emphasis of this class will be on each individual's personal best, personal growth, good character, and increasing physical activity both in class and at home. Teacher: Emily Redman
