We will focus on a different cooking skill each week while we prepare a tasty snack. In addition to the basics (reading a recipe, safe knife handling, measuring ingredients), students will also get to try out some advance techniques such as chocolate garnishes, fancy coffee drinks, sous vide cooking, and using a handheld smoker.
