We will cover basics of self - protection and situational awareness. We will learn how to pay attention to threat indicators and how to physically protect ourselves. We will draw on concepts from boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and more. This class is challenging both physically and mentally. PARENT NOTES: This is an active class and students will be moving and sweating. Please bring a water bottle for your student. Participation and following directions is mandatory.
