About This Activity
Description
These are one-day classes for kids, teens, and adults to come in and learn a fun dance. No technique will be taught in these classes. Classes will begin with stretching and a quick cardio and core strengthening to help warm up dancers' bodies. We will work on choreography the rest of the time. For adult classes that are for ages 55+ this will be more of a slow-paced class that will focus on moving your body without rigorous activities (no running, jumping or having to get down on the floor) while classes that are 18+ will be quicker paced and include more movements in motion (running, jumping, moving to the floor and back up).Activity Other Category
