Description
Join our skills sessions where we delve into the exciting world of track and field events! Led by a seasoned Track and Field woman's head coach at Roseville Area High School, Greg Ueland, with 22 years of coaching experience, we'll cover sprinting, hurdling, endurance running, high jump, long and triple jump, pole vault, shot put, and discus. Participants will not only learn event-specific techniques but also essential athletic skills like speed, agility, flexibility, strength, and endurance - applicable to all sports. Our engaging sessions include fun games and competitions suitable for all levels of experience and ability. The coaching team has experience collegiate participation, collegiate coaching and multiple years of experience, with a track record of winning conference and sectional titles, along with coaching three state champions. All aspiring athletes are welcome!
