About This Activity
Level 2 AGES 7-10 FOAM & RED Balls Kids are learning the basics to secure a strong foundation for the game. The kids will learn to toss and catch to develop hand-eye coordination along with strokes. FOAM and RED balls are used. - Spacing - Forehand/Backhand ball rolls with a racket - Games like Sharks and Minow, Alligator runs the river, and Numbers are used to teaching footwork, running and jumping. - High Five tosses and traps lays the foundation for serving.
