About This Activity
This INVITATION ONLY class is designed for junior tournament players. High-performance juniors in this program will learn advanced tactics including ball control, spin, shot selection, strategy, and competing with a strong mental game. Emphasis will be on mental training, drills, and point construction rather than technique. Please bring a water bottle, mental training journal/notebook, and pen. PRACTICE DAYS: MON - FRI 11:00- 1:00 pm WEDNESDAY: JOURNAL AND PEN REQUIRED FOR MENTAL TRAINING Weekly Match Days To be scheduled (in house or with local clubs)
