About This Activity
Fridays - Level 1 F.A.S.T. Development Playing Level 1: Experienced rec to lower comp 7 Week Session Level 1 F.A.S.T. is our introductory program for less experienced players who are eager to improve their game. During sessions participants will be introduced to various individual technical skills which will be refined before progressing onto more advanced training techniques. The small group environment allows for maximum coach to player ratio and the combination of skills training, speed, agility and balance training, and cognitive development activities creates an environment for maximum player development. This session will be held indoors. Program Dates: Fridays Aug 21, 28, Sep 4, 11, 18, 25, Oct 2 IMPORTANT: This is a futsal program. Futsal is a small-sided version of soccer played on a hard sports court surface.
