About This Activity
Wednesdays - Level 2 F.A.S.T. Development Playing Level 2: Mid to higher level comp 7 Week Session This is our higher level training option. It is designed for driven and determined competitive players who are serious about elevating their game. To participate in the program players should be proficient with all individual technical skills and able to train in a fast paced and challenging environment. Intricate training activities will combine advanced level skill development with physical and cognitive development elements. The small group environment allows for a maximum coach to player ratio. This session will be held indoors. Program Dates: Fridays Aug 21, 28, Sep 4, 11, 18, 25, Oct 2 IMPORTANT: This is a futsal program. Futsal is a small-sided version of soccer played on a hard sports court surface.
