Hatha Yoga focuses on breath, balance, and strengthening. This class goes through a range of Asanas (poses) and includes a beginning and ending meditation. All levels are welcome, modifications are encouraged. Wear loose comfortable clothes. Be sure to bring your mat and water. Each Yoga class includes a meditation, warm up, Asanas, cool down and final meditation. Pre-Registration is required monthly.
