About This Activity
Description
Elevate your child's sports performance with this 8-week Athletic development Program. Over the course of the program your child will improve their strength, agility, speed, and reactive power, through the guidance of Strength, Conditioning, and Performance Coach Julia Vigorito.
The program will consist of eight, 1-hour classes. Classes will run Mondays for 8 weeks from 6-7pm.
***There will be NO CLASS September 7th for Labor Day.***
Fee is $45 for the 8-week program. There will be no refunds or make-up days available.
